PT-24-35CE Smart Charger

The SEA 300-A3 GMDSS console is powered by the Phase Three Smart Charger. The Power supply/charger assures that the emergency batteries will be properly charged and ready for any situation. The PT-24-35CE can be used with either Gel cell or lead-acid batteries. A simple switch selection changes the charging output for the proper characteristics with either battery type. More than just a charger, the Phase Three will functions as a 35 Amp power supply that will deliver full output power without the aid of the batteries.

The Remote Monitor Panel is used to monitor the status of the PT-24-35CE charger. The three phases of the charge cycle are shown to determine the current state of the batteries. A single push-button allows the charge cycle to be initiated on demand. Reinitiating a charge cycle may be needed in the event of an excessive load condition, help ensure full charge in a timely manner, or as a check of the battery status.
